Stronger Together

This shirt is more than just a shirt! Much care and thought went into its design. 

​

  • The turquoise color was chosen to represent Dysautonomia, which so many of our members have.  It will also be bright, and stand out in a crowd!

  • The purple dragonfly represents mental health and suicide prevention and awareness.

  • The body of the dragonfly is a zebra patterned, EDS awareness ribbon.

  • Our partners are listed along with us to show that we are Stronger Together.

We have listed the signs and symptoms of EDS on the back of the shirt for further awareness exposure.

​

We want to usher in the name of EDS into our state, where doctors and friends and families will come to learn about us and understand that we are not rare, and that what we have is very real and affects so many parts of us. 

​

Our goal is to help create a better Louisiana, where our children will not have a difficult journey we've had, and can receive answers and correct treatment efficiently. 

​

“I Have Time. Your Life Matters” T-Shirt

At EDS Louisiana, Inc., we see and hear the cries of the hopeless and the hurting. We want to spread the message that we care. We have time. We want to always hold space to listen.

 

Our black tee was designed by our founder, April Torres.

The awareness ribbon is in Zebra print, representing Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, and serving as the body of the dragonfly. The wings are in purple & turquoise, representing mental health/Suicide Awareness & Prevention.

The wording is in April’s handwriting for a personal touch.

 

 

Let others know they are important.

If we will put our phones down and look around us, there are so many people who are suffering and losing hope, not just those who have EDS. We can be a light in their darkness.

This soft tee is 4.5 ounces

100% ring  spun cotton fine knit

It is NAFTA friendly and fetures a ribbed crew taped neck and shoulders, along with a clean cotton hem. It features a TearAway label and is reactive dyed.
